Courier service for all returns is at the cost of the customer. * Collections: An option for collections at the nearest outlet is also available. This option should be established (availability) and be communicated during purchase. * Other services: of Africa Me (Events, Festivals, Travel and Tourism) are generally promoted in partnership with various stakeholders. That being said does not mean that good customer service would be compromised.
